I dont see one about this.
We buy steel from a couple of suppliers who are sitting on maybe a million pounds worth of steel, a lot of which they probably bought last year at about £750 / tonne, so it really annoys me that every time theres a price hike' like the latest one this week, then the increase is immediately applied to all of their stock and theve got to be making absolutely huge mark ups.
Ive yet to hear a supplier say " I got that last year at £500 / t so you can have it at £700 / tonne"
