Looks like it’s knurled,Can anyone advise on how or who could create this embossed pattern on two aluminium cylinders please?
It's to help me roll my own wax foundation sheets for beekeeping.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Looks like it’s knurled,
Probably could cut that as two multi start threads on the cnc lathe, one left handed and one right handed .
Thank you for your reply. It puzzles me how the profile is obtained, so there must be a way of doing it!Looks like it’s knurled,

Thank you for your reply.Depending on how much force is required to emboss the wax, it may be possible to resin 3D print those as a sleeve on steel bar.
The rollers are 300mm long with an approx 100mm diameter. It's quite straightforward, create a 3D model of the roller with the embossed surface. It may be best to model and print an embossed tube rather than a cylinder and press/glue a steel shaft as the core to add strength.
Any idea what the dimensions of the rollers are?

You are running 14 x 12s?The rollers are 300mm long with an approx 100mm diameter.
If this is achievable, then it's best to do just the once so at that size I could roll sheets up to 14 x 12's, though I use normal brood. You are running 14 x 12s?
Thank you BobYou could always get a quote, may not be worth the ag of making one. https://www.embossingrollers.co.uk/roller-engraving/
