Just been told Boilerjuice are quoting £1.37 liter for heating oil !!!!
That's one hell of a hike from fizzy's 50p per litre mentioned above.

Just checked to see if that was correct but apparently there are no suppliers in my area able to deliver at the moment ....Just been told Boilerjuice are quoting £1.37 liter for heating oil !!!!
The people I got my last lot from are now at 1.20 give or take .5p and that price is only valid for 1hr.
Ever wish you'd topped up when it was ridiculously expensive at 78p

After 50 minutes in a queue I finally got through to Flogas this morning. Coming in 3 weeks time, to fill the tank to the brim, but there's been no communication about Flogas increasing prices yet.
I'm on 37% after 11 months, so doing quite well.

What energy do you get out of a litre of that compared to diesel ?It'd be cheaper using food veg oil

Is this an increase due to supply issues, or due to people stocking up/hoarding unnecessarily, as they do with petrol/diesel etc.?
I had the same message , I think it’s because the prices are so high there is no “cream” for them to add on / skim ..

5000kg of bagged coal - to store in domestic garage at home.
I can teach my grandchildren how to light fires with newspapers and kindling (like my grandparents taught me).
Coal is millions of years old and will not degrade in storage.
Plus UPS only want £60 to deliver this to the Kremlin (I kid you not).

I see this as the "ultimate political protest" - get UPS to deliver Mr Putin all your old gas fires.

Im paying £385 for 1 tonne of smokeless fuel, don’t live in a smoke free zone though so coal will likely be cheaper

Depends on how mean you are with it?
Not burnt any for years - but 1250kg of coal plus scrounged wood used to last me a year in a well insulated two bedroom house without "central heating" in the early 1980's.

Friday 1.86 / litre in euros.
Sunday topped up as news says up to ten centimes a litre price hike this week coming.
Sunday 1.96 / litre.
Today 2.06 / litre.
20 centimes in 4 days.
5 centimes a day.
This can't continue.
