inaccurate gas price quotes

i had this trouble the last time i rang air products

they quote one price and then try and bill you another

now i want a bottle of pure argon (have cougar on rental with them at the moment)

i ring them and i'm quoted £99 plus 29p per day or i can pay a yearly one off fee of £80 odd

so i ring boc and its £79 +vat and similar rental

ring back air products to check they said £99 and wether they could match boc and they quote £47 for an argon x47 ?

shocked i asked to have that in writing so i could hold them to it, supplied my email address and they said they would email me that quote

and.... no email yet a day later

hmm..

There's a member on here that works as a rep/manager for Air Products, I can't remember their name though

They have merged with Linde though I think and things have gone a little "funny" since

Air Products have nowt at all to do with Linde
