I don't know if anyone here watches the Cliffs Shed youtube engineering channel? Poor old Cliff's shed has burned down. Fortunately the part where his Myford and Emco lathes are, and his mill, is not too badly damaged. He is hoping that his insurance can sort him out.

Check out his channel and show him some love if you get the chance. He is a really genuine, nice guy and it is such a shame for him to have had this happen.

He seemed to think it may have been a Chinese battery. Might have to watch mine now.

Yes watched him avidly - was aware he hadn't posted for a few months but that wasn't unusual. Really down to earth guy usually working to realistic budgets - so I guess the loss of his shed will be a great loss for him. I think he had a side business in 3D printed coin ring tooling.
