You would need to reverse the torch/earth return polarity and add the mechanism for delivering the gas. If your welder is gasless then presumably there is no gas pipe in the torch assembly - unless they just use the same torch lead as the gas version? You would need a torch which has the tube etc. to deliver the gas and a solenoid valve to turn the gas on when the trigger is squeezed. Also, of course, you would need a source of gas and a regulator and the normal (gas) mig wire.

That's a hard question to answer, not knowing how handy you might be tinkering about with electrical stuff, and also, how badly you need it! I guess it also depends on whether that welder meets your needs in every other respect. If you were thinking to upgrade sometime soonish then I would have thought it would be more cost effective to trade your current one in for a machine which is already set up for gas. Have a look at the internals of the machine - how easy would it be to swap the polarity - would you want this socketed for easy switching between gas and gasless or do you want to go over to gas the whole time. Price up the bits, weigh up the difficulty (where you would fit the gas solenoid, plugs and sockets if you need them etc. inside the machine) and then make a decision based on that.

In that case, it's very likely that the torch has a gas valve in it - the other SIP gas versions use a mechanical valve in the torch rather than a solenoid valve in the machine. If that is the case, you only need to feed gas to the pipe via a regulator and, as Graham says, find a way to swap the polarity to the torch and earth lead.
Easiest way to tell is to open the torch (carefully) and see if the pipe goes into a brass block near the trigger on its way to the nozzle.
