you can buy oxygen generators you know?

saw some videos on YouTube years back where people use them for brazing

think most people had an oxygen generators (or a few) feeding into a small compressor - oxygen was only generated slowly and at low pressure, so the compressor stored it for them (just used a normal air compressor)

For real welding of cast iron with cast iron electrodes (not brass and nickel), I will take acetylene and oxygen in cylinders. Everything is adult.

Used large diameter cast iron compression rings work well.

After the rollers, the stainless steel sheet is under great stress. I would anneal the sheet to straw color, before and after forging in a mortar

It's just mild steel. I like it. It is nice and soft to work with, unlike stainless.

Standard Allen Key bolts.

Turned down into M8 and one M6 grub screw.

Old oil blackened and now set to be used.

Astro Turf cut down to a suitable size.
Edges sealed with a 2lb copper soldering iron.
This was the second one, the other 8 I gave away or swopped for stuff.

Coffee, fresh bread and honey.

Plus a shed load of hemp rope.

Been a long time since I made anthing from rope.
This is mine, I am keeping it.

Control box, stripped the annodise and assembled with M2 screws but yet to affix the m2 nuts inside. I think Im going to regret it so may order a load of m3's.
I forgot to try stripping the marker off with NaOH.

There’s a an inductive sensor in the neck that operates a valve. You can’t put fuel in or out without a metallic nozzle

a while ago I was gifted a hospital trolley

which I chopped up to make a trolley for the tig

made an angle frame for a bottle

well today I've stitched / tacked / welded most of together of a fashion I've well warped the top and bottom shelf ! ( impatient )

It's in need of a bit bracing as it's a bit flexi at present ! and lets say theres going to be some grinding to do .

on the plus side I did get a bit of time with the new panoramaxx of @hotponyshoes and the more I use it the more I like it .
