I was putting 900mm pipes in in the summer , spread the top soil out and planted grass seed on the 14th of december , and its up and starting to green ,,, I only threw a handful of seeds down fully expecting it to be bird food , but green it is.

We have bats flying around and frogs crossing the roads, never seen that before in my life.
I feed up the stock very nearly every morning in any shirt and often a vest! I mean I know ime a double hard northerner but it’s been very mild

That's not right. Even at 0 m rise my feet are getting wet according to that site.

It pretty well tallies with our known flood exposure here - we're OK for the next 9 metres of rise, then we need to add "On-Sea" to the farm name.

That site is sort of right. I'm already below sea-level. I live in the far northern part of the Netherlands very close to the dyke. If/when that breaks I'm the first to need a boat.
