I ordered 2 items from Zoro towards the end of November, the first came quickly but no sign of the second item a month later, It is showing as despatched in my orders, I emailed them about a week ago but have not received a reply. Last night I reviewed them on Trustpilot and early this morning they replied to that review saying the missing bit would only be coming into stock in March!!!
It would be good if they responded to emails rather than reacting to bad reviews, the item is still for sale on their web site.
