I rarely advertise on here but having somewhere to offload "stuff" without dealing with Fleabay / Faceace etc would be very handy.
Yesterday I asked for advice about an old gas water heater that I will be removing in a few months. It's a useful bit of kit for a workshop etc but isn't a "tool" so I'll not be advertising it on here. Due to timewasters in the past I don't use Fleabay/Freecycle/Freegle, I don't have a Faceache account so that's out. I've had a couple of folk asking what my plans are when I remove it as they could put it to good use but it's likely it will end up in the skip as that's my easiest option.
A not-very-moderated "anything goes" sales section could be hassle but might also help rehome a lot of useful stuff
