I use them for fibreglass resin mixing, i get a few uses from one but i leave the old resin on then use them for paint as the resin does not flake off, you can also use them for mixing up small amounts of mortar, render or plaster as a tip if you put a piece of 15mm plastic plumbing pipe on the shaft of the mixer you can hold it to keep it steady. On my big marshall town mixer the plastic pipe is really useful.
