Van tie downs

I need some today to fasten to the floor of winchboy's van, so off to the scrap yard later any pointers for a vehicle with good easy to remove tiedowns?
Ideally one bolt fixing

Eye bolts from a hardware store and big washer either side of the floor?

Vivaro and transporter caddy loading points are good, nice and strong.

The fiat Ducato and such like ones are ok but can stretch.

Any decent commercial should be my first point of.looking.

Nissan navaras had nice adjustable rails in the back

I know it probably won’t be free but unwin rail is the best stuff. Out of an ambulance - normally one of those ones that takes folk to daycare.

Failing that, some short sections of Unistrut bolted in, with Load Eyes added to the Strut with Zebedee's.
If you can add runs of Unistrut without them being a nuisance to other jobs, that then makes tie-down rails that are highly adjustable.

The floor is ply lined so the tie downs need to ideally fold in to the ply for when he carry's other stuff
We have some of the Unwin type rail out of winchgirl's camper but no fittings its a Stainless version of unwin so that would be a good long term solution if we could find the correct bits, forgot we had it!

That’s the best stuff. Rout out the channel and set it down.

Problem is the ones we have are Jany made in Denmark very nice flush fit stainless but I cant find fittings for them

An off cut of chain in a loop and bolted down works well, would probably be within the Winchworld budget as well.

My experience of removing tie downs from vans is they are very tight so a power bar and maybe Torx bits needed. The tie downs are bolted to the floor after the van has been painted and there is thread exposed to the elements under the vehicle which is why they can be very tight to remove.
