More to the point will he be giving black friday discounts when we see the stuff on sale here ?bargains are fine for people with endless space to keep things. I'm more selective and only but things that I want and need these days.

Hoping the paint man has some silver paint as its much cheaper than the shops.
Hoping to find some Honda XL parts as out of the last years jumbles I only managed a head light mount rubber! and some odd and ends for the projects but you never know what you will see.
Lets hope I find a Beach side cab
well that puts a different perspective on things...... how about a wish list for the forum users with a maximum they are willing to pay, and you buy for them and take your cut... a new business plan that you can take to Dragons Den.

I do this already but dont take a cut as its usually for people who help us.
We whats app stuff to each other thats how winchboy managed to find a set of forks for one of his 30's motor bikes, Forks where in East Sussex you cant really get further away but through a network of fellow jumblers we got them to Founders day for him to meet up and collect.
Its rare you find a true bargain now as the first place any sellers look is Ebay. Some of the consumables are cheap as its cash sales and they know they can shift bulk, I cant remember where but a trader sold a full pallet of WD40 in a few hours.
I think they will die off over the next few years as Ebay etc allows people to do it with out getting up at 0400 and driving for hours to stand in a muddy field in the hope of finding a whats it for a widget, but you still find people who cant be bothered to sell on line. One of my nicest bikes I have was a house clearance bloke who had heard about jumbles so he took the contents of a garage to one and sold the lot.

Well just got back!
Up at 4am it was the excitement, left at 5.15 arrived at 06.15
It was small 12 stalls but let's hope word will get around, I believe the car meet gets 400+ cars.
Bought some spare bits for my Mobylette so well worth the trip.
Only one proper trader with loads of marine boats stainless stuff, some nice LED lighting.
One secondhand tool stall had loads of great stuff.
The rest assorted tat but some great tat.
We will return.

sounds like it was all tat if you ask me, I'd have been very disappointed to fine just 12 stalls, you've been lucky to get something you wanted. I rarely get anything from my local autojumble as it seems to be the same things every time I've been (or could be that Im specific about what Im looking for). Im guessing that the weather will have put some traders and some punters off.
