I have sorted a flat bed trailer but need to know more what the weight would be first. I can sort a courier, Fizzy`s lads but seller is adamant on cash only now.

Sounding that way. I'd hold out for something else if I were you. Something closer, something you can see before hand, and most importantly something being sold by someone who is nice to deal with. Considering it may be a bit of a mission to remove, you don't want the seller to be a d**k.

Ok he is now asking again when i will collect it. Dont like being rushed more when it was just last night when we last spoke and i said i need to arrange transport.

Thanks @8ob dam fine of you kida but this sounds even more a pain in the rear now he is mithering for collection date. These things dont happen over night.

I would be suggesting to the seller he/she finds another buyer. If he cannot work out on his own that you are about 250 miles away and this is not exactly something you can slip into your pocket and walk off with he is being unreasonable in the extreme.

I am working about two miles from there so no hassle to collect it if you change your mind.

you're more than welcome to borrow my trailer, big 3 axle jobbie, it'll take the weight no problem, I've had much much worse on it

problem is it's in Sunderland so a bit of a trek to collect/return it

Nice one Wolly I've been in touch and agreed to buy it. If work goes to paln I'll be going down there on Wednesday.

Looks like my little Herbert is due for a change of ownership soon coz I don't have room for two mills. Got a bit of cleaning and tidying to do on it first.

I have a Model 0V which is a small vertical mill with a quill and power feed in the X travel I bought about 12 years ago. It's completely unrestored I just bought it and used it but it works just fine. Won't be available until I have the HLV finished this Christmas and get it given the once-over plus I gotta take the DRO off that I put on it.
