You must have a Tardis for a workshop to keep finding all this stuffWe have a mountain of Whitworth taps do many people still use whit?
Whats BSF used on?
Do people still use ME thread?
I suspect we need to keep a set of each but thoughts please?
I’d say tool dealerBootsale buys.
Several years ago I needed tube bender for winchboys bobber, school project, I went to look at one and ended up buying most of the blokes stuff, got two trolly jacks, Snap on work trolly thing and all sorts of Random stuff two very nice Presto MOD sets in metal cases, he just wanted his unit empty as he had a new job and was renting it. Recently I bough a Beach tool box for my collection and they wouldn't split so I had to buy the lot even a steam engine which was nice as I sold that so the stuff was cheaper!that begs the question why have you got taps and dies for them if you have no idea what they are for.

has more money than sense, I just dont get the point of buying things that you have no intention of using, Ive been going to autojumbles now for 20 years and very rarely get anything these days (well before covid). You're basically just a hoarder.Just cant resist buying it, you can never have too much although I do wonder if we will use it all?
