Ciao boys,
I'd like to know how many people here set the duty cycle of their pulsing welders.
Usually, in the machines where you can not set it, the duty cycle should be set at 50%: 50% time wleding current, 50% time back-ground current. Tell me if I'm wrong.
In which cases do you need to set a different duty cycle?
The Background current, in the machines where you can not set it, is usually very low, sometimes the lowest the machine can erogate.
Is that a good default set or you usually use some other parameters?
In which cases do you need to a have a hight background current?
Thank you very much for your help.
