Yeah no soft start on this beastybargain for the hitachi, had mine for years, excellent bits of kit, as long as you're ready for the start up, hell of a kick off mine, but nothing to worry about in real terms....
Today I aquired this Gripmaster (Zylis?) Clamp set for a tenner .
I don't think the set has ever been out of its original box.... it even has the VHS Manual in the box.
