Technispray in Aston have specific paint for that use. They also make the Vinylkote spray for flexible plastics.

If its workshop, as you say, keep it brown! It wont show the rust as bad when grinding dust gets on it.

I have a similar problem - my window frames are brown colored upvc (oak effect or whatever) - on 2 of my sills the wrap, as it would seem, has cracked and is peeling off - what is the easy fix for this? Is the wrap a generic material or is it only available from upvc window manufacturers?
I noticed my year old replacement window and back door have some nice rust patterns . . . now a touch worried it anyone around me notices similar . .
