I think it's because I had a bad feedback some time agoYup. I've been paid for everything I sent pre shipping since the change.
They have always been satanic to a degree...one time when they shared a bed with paypal you could not even type "paypal not accepted" if you was selling somethingEbay has gone really bad over the years and I won't buy or sell with ebay again its been getting far to complicated and the fees for selling have got out of hand
Not quite.I thought a seller could filter out the numpties, purchasers with low/adverse feedback and a history of bid retractions can be avoided.

they seemed to have stopped that option as I tried to reset it the other day .Please tell me if I am wrong , used to be no sellers with less than 100% feedback on ten or more purchases ect etc
