Yes no place for that booing nonsense - but not unknown - not so long ago it was Vettel being booed - by who I wonder.
And to say Bottas had his downforce stolen - really? He was making up for another poor start, arrived late, too fast, braked too late. It worked out OK for the mercs though, almost perfect.

Lol it was not meant in an illegal way. Just that a lot of braking comes from down force. But yes he had a crap start.

No one has yet realised it possibly cost Hamilton 8 points. It's possible max may not have finished the race had he not had to drive slower...we shall never know. Lol

Agree, proper racing, wheel to wheel inches apart, but very fair, no weaving wheel banging etc.
pity SB got disqualified though.

It would be great to see Williams back up there with the quick boys. I remember them when they had a lock up in Station Road, Didcot where some of the Orchard Centre is now. Then they moved to a new factory next door to the Power Station before shipping out to Grove. Apparently when Nigel Mansell won a race he would buy everyone in the factory a new watch, and not just the cheapest Sekonda he could buy in bulk.

Not sure what they showed you but 30 seconds was most certainly not the whole race. Have you not got an on/off button on your TV?

Normally Hungary is quite a tedious race, but this weekend it produced one of the best races.
Who would have placed a bet saying only one car would be on the grid at the restart.
some awesome driving throughout the field with plenty of overtaking.
Some very happy teams and drivers going into the summer break.

It was surreal.
Odds would not be that high. Those bookies don't give much away.
