I know the smaller the mod the smaller the teeth usually are and mod 3 from what I can see looks about right...

Gears are measured by pitch circle diameter. a 1 tooth gear of 1 MOD has a pitch circle diameter of 1mm. a 60t gear of 1 MOD has a pitch circle of 60mm dia. A 60t 3 MOD gear has a pitch circle of 180mm dia. GearDXF (http://www.forestmoon.com/software/geardxf/) will make you picture of one.
