The secret is to microwave them first - we always do this with heavily marinated chicken.... the barbeque then just does the external cooking and "browning" bit.....Yep especially if still pink in the middle![]()
Where do you find sausages to poach? We buy ours from the butchers …No to microwave lol. Saying that when I do bbq for 300 people I poach the sausages first
I poach mine from work!
Totally not relivent to the bbq mission (I use gas and charcoal and like both for the correct jobs) But that book is well worth a read if you get a copy of it
