Good to see vettel showing some form, I think the old boys have showed some form recently. I was never a fan of Vettel when he showed hints of Schumacher tantrums but since his Ferrari days he has grown on me. His bee hotel and litter awareness stuff is good to see too.

Have you read the OTT claims in the article. It's really strange that Horner seems to want Merc pay for the damage....
I hope he appeals as it could easily go the other way when they crunch the data.

So f1 is now the best you can do on the budget of the lowest team… it’s basically become banger racing for rich kids rather than pushing the boundaries of motorsport ( ok it’s not been that for years but you know what I mean )

Red Bull

As of 2019’s records, the team cut down on £2.3m. The team’s total budget was £237.3m (over $300M).
Though that is an improvement in terms of budget capping, the team is still a long way from home. The FIA renders a budget of $145 million, which translates to £113 million.
The number mentioned earlier and the figures FIA deems correct, have a bridge of almost $100 million. Therefore, fitting the budget will be a challenge for Red Bull.

seems Redbull are still not happy after Silverstone and are seeing the stewards this weekend.
wonder if MV will get any penalties if Redbull have had to change any major drive components?

A few grid penalties for the top teams might actually make for an interesting race instead of the normal Hungaroring procession
