Its a 'lieu dit', translates as 'named place'.

Always ends up with an argument, and best avoided by paying people a decent wage in the first place, but I doubt TP are really doing that.

Just how it is, could be taken by whoever is looking at the cameras as a backhander for something they haven't seen. Could cause a lot of hassle, just not worth accepting it for the FLT driver. If something goes missing, stock-count is wrong and he is seen accepting your money he will be under suspicion.
