Rotabroach element 40 wiring diagram

Have a rotor broach element 40 here, it's fallen off a scaffold so is a bit banged up, motor won't run. Magnet is fine. Suspecting one of the relays is damaged or the switch. Dose anyone have a wiring diagram for it by any chance? Run switch is pushed, green run light stays off, red stop switch light comes on. Resistance of wires and motor checks out ok. And audible click can be heard when both buttons are pressed.

Is the magnet coming on? It won't start until the magnet is activated, and then the motor run button will be illuminated green. Once switched on, the stop motor button will illuminate red.

Check if there's anything like a safety switch (in case the magnet stills on but it's not in contact with a surface)
Otherwise make a new control interface
1 switch to the magnet and the the second switch.
The last one to switch the motor

Yeah was thinking the Green light should come on before it starts. Magnet is working fine so it may be the safety interlock that's the problem then.

What wires connect directly to the motor? If just a live and neutral, disconnect from the control board and wire up direct to a plug. At least that way you will know if the motor is OK.

It lives again, the power on switch was dud and one the brush housings had distorted stopping from touching the commutator. All fixed and working again now for only £25.
