I like synthetic paint, you need more of it to cover but at least it stays wet enough to get around bigger vehicles/plant without coming back to a dry line. In years gone by it was all that was ever used on coaches and other big vehicles.

Not as bad as a local lad that had a can of easystart roll onto the battery terminals behind the drivers seat of his minivan, it exploded and killed him

Synthetic used be be the choice of the quick, cheap blowover.I remember my brother got his fiesta repainted, full respray including materials for £130. Got told it would take weeks to harden and don't bother trying to polish it afterwards.

you dont get fumes of silica sand it just damages your health and as for blasting inside a vehicle unless its just an empty shell dont bother or nothing will ever work again
I didnt understood, never will work? Why? Of course I would insulate very good the dashbord and remove everything else... The paint I used was like hammerite (not the real hammerite but a cheaper version from a local store, some direct to rust paint) and I painted with a brush!! Now I already removed like 70% with a sanding machine but the rest is getting very hard to come off... Actually the last few days the smell its almost gone but now I have a lot of bare metal...
I really can't paint it all over now with a anti gravel paint? What is going to happen??
If test it and it do not react, then just paint it all over, it will be fine? OR there is other risks long term? If yes what could happen in a month or two? or 6!?

You have been given the best advice earlier. Get in there with solvent and rags. It (the paint) will never go hard enough to blast clean, even if it was a bare shell.

the anti gravel paint will most likley crack or react badly when its applied ....then you can get a can of thinners and wash that off as well
whatever you use will smell for some time in an enclosed space ....what about a ply wood liner to cover it up

Yes I will cover it all after but i cant have bare metal, it already start tu rust...
There are several products that would be suitable for coating your van, all of which harden by a chemical reaction between the paint & a hardener. They will set hard in a few days in hot weather leaving a minimal smell of fumes.
Truck bed liner would be one product, even simple epoxy primer would work. Both can be applied by brush or roller.
BUT to guarantee good adhesion to the metal you need to remove as much of the synthetic paint as possible & roughen the surface to help the new paint stick.
As has been said, if the paint is still soft cellulose thinners & rags will be the quickest & easiest way to remove it, a scotch pad will help for stubborn bits.
There are also the polystrip discs.

You don't think epoxy primer or bed liner will react if some syntetic is left? Or start cracking after few months?
Most of the comments here say I have to remove it all.. But its sooo hard, I am tired of doing it xD

he said remove it like everyone else , trouble is if you try it and it fails to work then theres that to clean off and well and the money wasted
honestly doesnt look that bad .....slosh some thinners on the floor and scrub down with scoth pad , after a few mins soak id imagine it will just wipe up with rags
if youre tired of it....then lash on some bed liner and accpet whatever it looks like , theres no way around it , either bodge it up or do it properly

Thanks for the answer! I don't care about how it looks like, It will be a campervan I will cover it all with wood!!!! I just need to paint because of the rust.... The thing I care about is the fumes, VOCs and the smell, thats what I ask since in the beggining!! I just want to know if the bed liner will cover the syntetic fumes, the smell because I have headeache everytime I enter in the van!!
