I've used my air ratchet twice, when i had to screw in a lot of long studding. Other than that it collects dust.
Not worth it IMO, Noisy, slow, awkward, I regret buying it.
Air tools you may want to look at if you don't already have them:
* Blow guns, plural. Multiples in fact.
* Air impact is handy, although battery ones are very good now I do still like air.
* Die grinders are one of those tools that are just better all round on air, although they are thirsty.
* Air cut off tool can be very useful.
* Air hammer is a must, you won't use it very often, but when you need one you absolutely need one and nothing else comes close.
* Needle scaler are very useful for derusting, you can also buy an attachment that screw on to your air hammer.
Then obviously, the usual tyre inflators, spray guns etc.
Once you have the convenience of an air supply you have options for bigger tools as needed - such as blast cabinets or pressure pots, parts washers, tyre machines, plasma cutters etc.
