I've been doing some welding on the chassis of my truck today and found that most of the time when I finish a run the wire has burnt back and got stuck to the tip. I've increased the wire feed a touch and it does seem a bit better, but still a pain in the hoop.
I'm reluctant to increase the wire feed any more as I think it would then be too much. So aside from playing with the voltage and wire feed settings is there anything else that can help with this?
Welder is a Migatronic 231 and doesn't have much in the way of settings, voltage, wire feed and a dial for Argon/CO2
