why on earth do you need to leave at 3am, you're only 3hrs away at the most

We go to the unofficial meet of traders swapping stuff before it opens, lots of people go the night before and they start arriving about 0400!
Takes us just over 2 hours

Wish it was closer. Haven't been to a good swap meet for some time. I use to arrive around 5:00am to get first look at bargains before the dealers got their mitts on the good stuff to resell a couple of hours later.

Our lass shot out of bed a while back. She thought she was wetting the bed.... her hot water bottle had sprung a leak

we still have loads of rubbish to get sold

went today. got there 6 fifteen a lot of stalls but not much that took my fancy . got a 4 gallon drum of genuine creosote for 25 quid he normal.y sells to others for 30 but allways gives me discount changed a co2 pub bottle 25 quid for a mate. and a 100 m coil of 6.0mm cable bartered down to 45 quid will get a 100 quid profit on it when i use it for jobs . then just some redex fuel aditive bottles 2 quid each and a bottle of loctite for a fiver. by 9 am it was heaving and couldnt move and left . nowt startling but was worth going. saw about 10 dealers and a few other punters there i know so it was good to see em after a year
