I've watched a few of Trev's Blog YouTube channel, he's quite good, very down to earth. This video caught my attention, it looks like it's a recording of a genuine classic car restoration done at a professional shop and for some reason he's using gas welding for the repair. What's the advantage of gas welding over TIG? I've never tried gas but from what I've seen there's a ton more heat generated compared to TIG, one needs to preheat a large area and the other magically melts just a small area under the electrode.
