How to make a tiny part?

This plastic part for an dti has snapped, was in bits in the box.

how can I remake it?

I’ve got the same prob with mine, it’s a common prob on verdict ones apparently - mine is holding together (just) but isn’t long for this world.
I’ll be interested to see how you get on, seeing as how I’ll probably need to do the same very shortly.
I’ll try and dig out the info I found on it, I did a little bit of research but haven’t properly looked into it yet (other than I now know a few people have had same issue!)

Can't really see from your photos which bit is missing - if it's just a non-structural cover then 3D resin printing might be a good solution.

I spoke to bob and he said the indicator is basically scrap without that part

As above it could be resin printed but its hard to see what the bit is and what it does, if its not to complicated resin printing is a good option, personally I use ABS Like resin, in grey, it would possibly need a coat of paint to protect it from UV (to stop it from over curing and becoming brittle)

Yes, it's a tiny lever which holds the direction mechanism against a spring.

I kept breaking mine when I parked a tallish indicator stand next to the flypress...

Have a look on Thingiverse and if there is a replacement part on there (there usually is for little breakable plastics), I'll print one off for you.

Or you could model it yourself and send me the STL.

cant really see it clearly, but depending on what type of plastic its made from I'd try and glue it together, then drill it and pin it and glue to pins in place. when I say pins I mean use thin springy wire, down to 0.4mm or if you can use larger wire, 0.6mm mig wire.

I have the same problem with both of my Verdict ones. I broke the new one I got from Jez. I was gutted!
