Rubbing Jacking Pads

I'm looking for 4 rubber jacking pads to go on the 2 post lift I go and use when I need to. Similar to below. Ideally I want a nice deep slot to go around the sills.

I was wondering if I could make a mould and cast my own with some sort of pourable, 2 pack "rubber" solution?

Thanks all but I want a deep slot for the sill and a recessed base (like the Prosol ones). The RX-8 club ones look like they're meant to go on trolley jack pads.

buy the rubber and take them to a wagon tire fitters place and they will cut the shapes in with a tire cutter

You can 3D print with a flexible material. Not sure PLA would be up to much weight

TPU ones work fine, I printed my own jacking pads. Just make sure it's a good TPU - way too many low temp ones use bases that aren't actually stable long term against oil.

I needed some .....really diff to get in France.....
so made mine from a cut up tyre....even put one on my trolley jack...save all kinda damage to paint and underseal.....

on the antique vehicles I dont wanna chip the paint on the axle banjo or beam when jacking up....

I know you said you wanted a deep slot but if you go too deep you will end up lifting on the sill itself rather than the lip and run the risk of crushing it.

I did thanks, as I said above (yesterday, 10.17pm). None with the deep slot I'm after.

I went and had a tyre done on my "new" daily the other day at a backstreet place I've always used for years. They use trolley jacks on the sill point. As I heard it slip on the sill edge I said "FFS I'm fed up with bent sills and scraped edges!"

"Oh, we've got a puck somewhere" came the reply. Going to insist on it in future or get and keep my own in the glove box with the wheel nut.
