On its first job my Blanchard grinder sounded bad and dug in once it had warmed up
The top angular contact bearing is on a sprung preload once exposed I could see the glue
Some clown had wondered with it wasn’t a hammer fit in the housing so they glued it in with
loctite
Result is a grands worth of bearings as it’s been rattling
Previous owner had over greased to hide it and I bought it blind
