Didnt have high Hopes for the £17.
Recieved today. Yes it's a little rough and ready around the edges but will be ideal for my plans for the welding rotator.

150mm concrete test cube moulds and tamping bar.I saved Four of these today, they were on the way to the local tip or scrap yard. I dont know what they are but I am thinking I could make a couple of small metal casting boxes with them. They are about 6 inches square.

What150mm concrete test cube moulds and tamping bar.
About £800 to buy that set new. Looks unmolested too.
Is that for the slump test I'm thinking?I will have to do a bit of research on them
No for a compression test once set if I remember correctly correctly. That’s how they get the C30/C35 etc figureIs that for the slump test I'm thinking?
A quick search on the auction site throws up from 50 quid each upwards so in the intrest of making some cash for a digger bucketWhatyour having a luagh I will have to do a bit of research on them

A slump cone is used for the slump test. These are for sampling concrete, then curing and crush testing to make sure concrete is to spec.Is that for the slump test I'm thinking?
A britool gvt 8400 1" drive torque wrench. Found a bargain on eBay after I ran over my last one with a loaded truck. As they are over £500 I had I go at straightening it but it wouldn't calibrate
They are made to some stupid tight tolerance. £800 would be pants-down-new price.A quick search on the auction site throws up from 50 quid each upwards so in the intrest of making some cash for a digger bucketI will clean them up and as Brad said bay them
