Get a refund on that, brazed tooling is known as being blanks that need grinding to be not much good. I wouldnt normally bother with HSS but for a coarse imperial thread its probably the best way to grind one yourself.
If not use a full profile insert. Looks like its too coarse for a 16nr and problem with the snr22 holder is getting one from a uk seller for a sensible price.
Wouldnt be too difficult to grind a crude holder for it or braze to some bar.

Tragically I think I'd struggle to get a 20mm on centre. The official limit is 3/4" x 5/8" (19mmx15.9mm) and having measured it there is no way without dropped tooling to fit it.
