got right choked off today .mobile phone stopping me from making calls out
phone them up and what do i get the usual runaround automated answers . eventualy got someone who asked the far end of a fart then said it was sorted but it wasn't after 4 different blokes fobbing me off with online toby to sort it i got a helpfull lady from india when i rang the stolen phone number line and answered it instantly
after 5 minutes she got it sorted and said she would ring me back after 15 mins to check and she did. 3 hours wasted by the others . having to varify my business account with hsbc online is a nightmare and the same thing got fobbed off by a guy on the phone and another hour wasted . gonna transfer it to local barclays and you can ring them up direct and actualy talk to someone

My Virgin internet went down this week for a day and that left me with no banking...no TV..no computer for my business..no security cctv.. no landline..makes me think its getting to the stage where modern life can be turned upside down with the flick of one switch and i don't like this vulnerability one blind bit
