Need a welder to rake my hardtail chop

Hi everyone , i was wondering dose anyone reckon its possible to rake this headstock being a pressed headstock.Its a Honda CB 750 frame.
Or could it be cut off and weld on another and rake it out.
If so,anyone out there capabe and would be willing to do it for a fee.

There must be chop shops in London, others spring to mind are Briz in Norfolk, Blackjack in Bristol (probs similar distance). Wonder if Mild to Wild are still going. Sootys in Bucks. There's a chop shop up the road from me, about 50m from London. Used to be a grasstrack frame place that also did hardtails in London, name escapes though. BSH and other comics must have ads, might have some joy there.

Hazarding a wild guess, Alf Hagon's? Where Briz used to work?

Inreasing the rake by raking it involves cutting the headstock loose, bending it and reattching it. I'm not over enamoured of the idea on a Honda pressed headstock.

Stretching the downtubes is what I'd do. This gives a different look because the headstock goes up but for a given length of fork, you end up with less actual rake, and consequentially less trail.

A lot depends on what you're trying to achieve.

Dave Batchelor nearish to Horsham, or is that to far?
Not sure exactly where he is as I haven't been to his shop since
kustom korner was in Crawley. He gave me directions but the only thing I remember was , "turn off the A24 at Broadbridge Heath". Google him he has been at the game a while and his name should come up.
