You'll just have to accept it'll have worn a groove in the bottom of the letter box by the time you've got it where you want it

Or make up a short one specifically to get out of letter boxes, then plug the long one into it.

Do they exist?

I can only find 10 amp 3 pin ones!

I want one so I can feed a power cable through a letterbox when working outside & can keep the front door securely locked. So needs to be the flat slimline type
