I like the rotabroach raptor cutters. If you use them with coolant/fluid, and don't abuse them, they will last hundreds and hundreds of holes. They're not a terrible price either.
You may as well pick your sizes - eg 12, 14, 18, 22 all clearance holes for metric coarse bolts. You don't need every size
Whatever brand you get, make sure you get a pilot pin or two to suit.
be aware the 12mm raptor cutter has a smaller pilot pin, cos the older version used to snap too easily with it's thinner cutting wall. But it's handier to have it and use it, than a twist drill is.
Just scour ebay, I've had some bargains, 45mm for 10 quid etc. I've used cheap ones and they always blunt quicker. Carbide ones are very nice but do shatter easier. G j hall are great and jot too dear
