I would go with a 1952 triumph 6T Thunderbird, the T110 came out in 1953.

I would go with a 1952 triumph 6T Thunderbird, the T110 came out in 1953.

The headlight looks right for a Thunderbird but I thought they all had "Bathtub" panels at the back? Maybe not - or maybe they've been removed

For the classic Brit bike folk reading this - would you like to offer any words of wisdom?
I'm trying to get a 650 Triton (wideline frame + pre unit 6T 650 motor) up and running before Christmas (it's been off the road for about 40 years!), all advice would be welcome.
I'm familiar with cars, bikes, most machines but best assume I don't know much about classic British bikes.
* the engine was rebuilt many years ago but never used, all controls have been free'd off but I've not tried to start it yet. Hopefully later this week
