We have had issues on and off with loosing broad band, usually my Mac is fine as its wired straight to the hub, but wireless is hit and miss, so after a load of grief they changed me to a Hub 3? modem thingy, loaded the app last night to check the wifi, we live in a terraced cupboard and the signal is crap in the kitchen and hall, lounge and bedroom where the devices mostly drop off the wireless if ok?
Just bought a booster as VM want £3 a month for one!
Download os 111, up is 9.99 is this about right?

The best thing I did was to put the hub in modem mode and buy a dedicated router.

I'm with virgin and hardly have any problems.
I've just got the basic.
dont do any down loading well not that I know of.

I had a superhub 2 the same as yours but was forced to use a superhub 3.
Both work much better in modem mode with an external router. Especially the WiFi.

Yes BUT... It's generally acknowledged that super hub 3 is worse than Superhub 2.

Trying to lock everyone in for a few years I think they’re worried about Elon Musk’s satellite system making them redundant.

Satellite comms will never be as good as fibre optic. Until someone finds a way to accelerate the speed of light the laws of physics will prevail. Latency makes for a poor connection and latency is a product of distance.

i have to agree even weve had to upgrade our units our tv unit is much newer became faulty wouldnt turn on

im on same hub as you however we have an antenuator on ours

as had some issues with the noise on the line long gardens

They've been digging our street up and blocking people in for the last month and left a layer of mud and paint marks everywhere, I wonder if they'e going to offer us anything ?

They really love digging up all pavements and roads over the UK
