anyone know where to get oil/hydraulic fittings that look like this

I have been trying to get some oil fittings and thought I had done so but they weren't right when they arrived

I am looking for this style, which has an M20 x 1.5 nut and the od of the pipe end will be about 11 to 11.5mm as it fits in to a 11.85mm hole

I have tried a number of places including hoses direct, hosemaster and pirtek (the local office doesn't stock them and has contacted their head office so this may still produce results)

Nope, That is what I thought when I found that page BUT...

from there I identified 0184-05-20 from hoses.co.uk but when that arrived it doesn't fit and looks like

the nut fits but the centre part doesn't

"These aren’t firings we keep in stock at the centre, I have just put the enquiry through to our head office and am awaiting a rely. "

so still might be able to get some but not certain

the pipe in the OP looks like 12s metric for the following reasons: 1. correct diameter. 2. correct nut thread. 3. will fit a male 12s fitting.

Not sure what those fittings are in post #5, what's with the split O rings?? They look more like a BSP type fitting with extra O ring seals -it has been known... Perhaps some gonk has fitted metric nuts to BSP tails

We have had issues with hydraulic fittings at work, I got the Pirtek guy to physically LOOK at the fittings and he sorted me right out - these guys work with all the fittings, every day, what they don't know about hydraulic pipe fittings isn't worth knowing again, it was metric vs BSP fittings we couldn't identify.

except when I search 12s I found https://www.malpasonline.co.uk/itm/...-12S-Female-Straight-Swivel-With-O-Ring/13065 and if you look at the cutaway measurements drawing it has the same angle as the other connectors I bought rather than a parallel pipe with a flange above the o ring

I think I will need to take the fitting to Pirtek as you say I did send them good photographs and measurements which is how he said they didn't have them in stock

I do have other choices

1. buy original pipes and adapt them for my requirements (£85 so was trying to avoid that)
2. buy compression nuts and make the internals but I thought I would try see if anyone else knew better

Not a stock item for them. But can get them in.

Eaton walring system

similar but the Eaton is a compression system and the one size they don't list is M20 x 1.5

it's a while since I have seen a standard pipe like this but pretty sure the flange is moulded with the pipe and in the first picture it looks like the main pipe is a larger diameter than the piece that pokes through the O ring, although that may be optical delusion

That picture is from a Discovery 1 gearbox oil cooler pipe, the cooler I have is an ESR3229 which was originally an engine oil cooler for a V8 defender and has connectors like
