I'm quite tempted to try one, I'll give @eLuSiVeMiTe a week and follow the feedback.

My bv6000 was a bit slow.

My current cheap phone (wiko), I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Needs a little setting up initially. Some of the default settings are a bit odd.
I prefer to swipe up to view all my apps and just keep a few on screen but was setup the the way.

My only niggle. I don't seem to be able to sweep down on notifications in the lock screen to view more of the header.

Not sure how I feel about having a lipo in a phone but it certainly lasts well.
Been used a lot more today while waiting for deliverys and still above 60%

They were getting dated. Stopped using mine when the mic went tits up. This Armor 3WT I got is a beast in comparison to the BV6000, both performance & battery wise.

Never really got on with launchers.

Did like a Windows 10 tiles launcher but always found them glitchy.

This is a pretty standard setup for me.

Sound as a pound. Mine's the 3WT, not the X7 though. Honestly can't fault it. Only niggle is that adaptive brightness & proximity sensor firmware bug. Battery life is exceptional, (should be for a 10A battery ), & it's been dependable so far. Like a brick & heavy though, so if you like slim, lightweight phones, don't go for a rugged phone.

Well my x7 arrived yesterday.

Then discovered my SIM card wasn't nano.

Youtube, scissors. Yep, sorted.

Well, it's a damn site faster than both my previous blackview, we won't mention the Wiko...

Camera seems good, and it gets reception in the kitchen!

Well, I rarely phone people, ha! But just so handy to have the internet in your pocket, and yes, tragically people do phone me, honestly....

Can't fault it, except... Does what it says on the can....

Except, during the initial setup last night...

I've got as far as notifications, and it throws up the screen, but I've no idea what it wants me to do.

Oh yeah, and some times it translates this forum to French language for no apparent reason, which isn't an issue.

The swapping between English / French auto correct seems to be a problem with all platforms..

Etc, yeah, good phone.

I have an S6 in a leather wallet case with a 2mm piece of stainless slipped in behind the credit card slots. Still managed to break the screen. No idea how...

If you switched to this armour phone now, would you lose out on many functions/features that the S6 has do you think?

I have an old Samsung too, I don't keep up with the mobile phone technology in general,....you sure seem to get a lot more features in cheaper phones nowadays.
