Question for wood botherers

Friend has a WoodRat with a Bosch 1300 router was his dads, he does not bother wood so is looking to move on but at what price ? He has operating book Leaflets, I understand it was quite pricey new
No good asking me any questions a 1/ I have not seen it 2/ I try not to bother wood as I find it spiteful stuff that seems to change length as soon as I cut it

I think it's one of those things that you'd need to get to know, once you'd got the set up dialled in they can do loads of things. I sure I saw a review comparing them with a Leigh jig. The Woodrat can also do mortice and tenon joints and all manner of other stuff
