I always think any blown air hand drier is the ideal way to spread bugs, I try to avoid them if I can, especially at the moment.
Here's a radical idea, use it for drying hands?
Just don't get it mixed up with the urinal it makes one hell of a mess
that comment is making me think of things I’m not allowed to think about on this forum
Leave ‘em turned off as far as I’m concerned. Let’s go back to a roll of paper towel. Far more hygienic. As a complete aside, the office I worked in did away with paper towel & fitted hand dryers. These were the old type ones that took forever to dry your hands, I worked it out that the time taken x the hourly rate it was more expensive in time lost than a couple of sheets of paper ..... that was another economy that didn’t work then!Quite a few places have turned them off at the moment
Slightly off-topic but a few years ago I used the loo in a pub, washed my hands then stuck my hands Tommy Cooper style (as you do) under an automatic dryer which didn't come on.
I walked over to the other one, stuck my hands under it and that one didn't come on either so I muttered something while drying my hands on my clothes instead.
My mate who was in there at the same time called out uhhh.... mate.... just as I was about to walk out, then reached under one and pulled out a paper towel.
Admittedly I'd had a few beers....![]()
