Can’t help with where to buy them but a little tip if I’m not teaching you to suck eggs is to use a couple of 75mm or so pieces of brake pipe over the ends to help with fitting

I gave up trying to fit those metal clips years ago, I just use small cable ties these days, the ones I changed in 2011 are still fine.
