Wade Ro34, would originally have been the exhaust scavenging blower off a Commer TS3 2 stroke diesel. Pretty much the only affordable (i.e. available in a breakers yard) blower back in 70s/80s. Here's one on a Morris Minor that still belongs to one of my brothers.
I've just built a bigger capacity short motor for this car, but it'll be fitted with an Eaton blower off a V8 Jag once I've done the machining for it.
RO34 on an Essex V6, looks like a 70s build from the "shower hose" on the alternator, no idea on why it would have a A/C compressor clutch on the front, Vee belt is an old design, most went to a toothed belt for the blower sound
