Rent free gas northern ireland

Found a supplier in ballymena that will sell a co2 bottle for arround £100 (full) and about £25 for a refill once purchased it is yours to keep. just got mine and now fully set up. now all i need is some practice.

what type and size bottle, is it pure co2 or mix pub bottles free from landlord about 12 quid exchange

pure co2. all black bottle. its about waist height

sounds like pub size you could get them here for about 12 quid as it is i know a pub landlord and get them totally free

unfortunatly i cant get anyone one local to fill a pub bottle ders some special mark on the one that i bought which means i can get it refilled

Its not entirely fair that boc can monopolise the market here. It would be great if somebody could cater for the light user.

Ballymena is about 30-40 mile north of belfast. i agree with you all of the ones from england and that can get rent free gas but in ni its very hard.

and impossible down here I don't suppose that guy is flying south for the winter

Sorry Benny im meant who is the supplier in Ballymena. I only know of Fyfes who are BOC suppliers! I live in Cullybackey so I really should know where Ballymena is. I know Wilsons in Glenavy do Co2 bottles and IIRC they were £80 initially but I dont know the refill cost.

Would it not be worth a day out scarecrow? We have family friends in Thurles (well Ballycahill actually) its a nice part of the world , i'll hopefully be back someday.

probably about is 8 to 9 hours round-trip might be cheaper to pay the rental
Ballycahill is only about half an hour from me I have a few friends from that neck of the woods as well it's a good spot alright

both Jnks and barnon and brenan do the rent free gas. tipp is a great place scarecrow used to go down quite a bit for the stockcars in cashel area.

that would be brilliant clem dog I got really pxxxxx off my local supplier last year they kept charging me for a bottle I had returned and then offered to give me a credit I told them I was just like them and didn't do credit got it sorted eventually rent for the year was supposed to be €120 after six months I had given them €100 thieving baxxxxxx

its a complete con this bottle renting lark
you dont rent the cable in the street that delivers your power or the pipes that bring the gas or water.
if eveyone said no what could they do.
get rid of the rental charge or go out of business

unfortunatly everyone couldnt say no because lots of people have to have it for work ad that but there should be somthin for hobby users
