Hello all. I was hoping the assembled experts here might be able to help me identify this odd leak. Outside my kitchen door, I have these three small bore pipes protruding from the wall.
The lowest of the three which appears darker in the photo has developed a constant drip. The ldrip rate is 20ml per minute. So this thing is flowing getting on for 30 litres of water per day out onto the ground.
The water is clean and clear with no odour. The pipes are below house floor level. I don't know what these pipes are. They are small bore, smaller than the usual 15mm plumbing stuff. It isn't a condensate drain from my boiler or anything like that, as that is about a metre left of the pipes in the photo.
So what is it?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
