Nice, was it done from a photo? There’s something about walking along behind the kids when they’re happy, and not trying to kill each other, I’ve taken a few like that.

I’ve learned video editing, and got back into graphic design. Also bumbled my way through re-wiring the workshop (still unfinished) with much help on here. Loved home schooling the 4yo (not so much the 8yo) so much I’ve given teaching some serious thought.

Been back for ages, 26th May?, Been off for a week now as I was forced to book holidays during confinement. Makes no sense. So I took the last two weeks of August. Well look at last year, run away and hide.

Hi Ali, yeah it was a photo she took, liked it so much she decided to paint it. Much better than I could do, my drawing is atrocious but she is pretty good. Like anything we don’t get enough time to indulge but fingers crossed the kids go back to school soon so we can get some time back - as much as I’ve enjoyed having them home and spending time with them there’s stuff which you just can’t get done while they are around

We were the other way around - 3 year old just refuses to listen to any kind of instruction, our eldest daughter (just turned 8) was much better, but lacks a little focus. Hats off to teachers, I don’t think I’m cut out for it

Garlic and lime chicken balti is a favourite and I'm currently perfecting my base sauce so I can make a curry quicker or knock up a marinade for the next night

If you get bored, the OU are doing about a thousand free on-line courses in all sorts of random stuff. Some are just a couple of hours and some are much longer. You get a sertiflikat at the end, too. I've done 9 in all sorts of weird subjects. Laboratory safety, Infection control, Renewable Energy Vehicles, etc.
